The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing of services will be defined in a separate written agreement, statement of work, proposal, or service contract agreed upon between PerceptX and the client. Cybersecurity services are inherently complex and depend on many external variables. As such, PerceptX does not guarantee that systems, networks, or infrastructures assessed or advised by us will become completely secure or immune to cyber threats.
Use of the Website

Service Agreements
The provision of cybersecurity services by PerceptX typically requires a separate contractual agreement that defines the scope of work, timelines, fees, confidentiality obligations, and other operational conditions. Any proposal, quotation, or estimate provided by PerceptX is considered non-binding until accepted by both parties in writing. Acceptance may occur through a signed agreement, written confirmation via email, or another mutually agreed contractual mechanism. Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal authorization to request cybersecurity testing or security assessments on the systems, networks, or digital assets included within the agreed scope. PerceptX will not conduct testing activities without explicit authorization from the client or the rightful system owner.
Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging PerceptX services agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding their infrastructure, systems, and operational requirements in order to enable effective service delivery. Clients must ensure that appropriate permissions and approvals are obtained prior to the initiation of any cybersecurity testing activities. The client acknowledges that certain security testing activities, such as penetration testing or vulnerability assessments, may involve controlled attempts to identify weaknesses in systems and could temporarily affect system performance or availability. Clients are responsible for implementing appropriate backup procedures and operational safeguards prior to such activities.
Intellectual Property
All content available on the Website, including text, branding, graphics, logos, designs, and materials, is the property of PerceptX or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unless explicitly permitted, users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or exploit any content from the Website without prior written consent from PerceptX. Reports, analyses, recommendations, and documentation produced as part of cybersecurity services remain the intellectual property of PerceptX unless otherwise specified in a service agreement. We commit to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding client systems, vulnerabilities, internal processes, and any other non-public information obtained during the course of our services. Such information will not be disclosed to third parties unless disclosure is required by law, permitted by the client, or necessary for the delivery of services under appropriate confidentiality safeguards.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PerceptX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Website or the services provided. Cybersecurity is a continuously evolving domain and no service provider can guarantee complete protection against cyber threats. PerceptX therefore does not assume responsibility for security breaches, cyberattacks, data loss, or operational disruptions that occur despite the implementation of recommended measures. In any event, the total liability of PerceptX for claims arising out of or related to services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service engagement giving rise to the claim.

Termination
